4. Cel i podstawa prawna
4.1 Dane identyfikacyjne i kontaktowe są przetwarzane w celu udzielenia odpowiedzi na żądania Osoby, której dane dotyczą, z którym można się również skontaktować za pośrednictwem przedstawicieli Administratora Danych, na przykład w celu uzyskania informacji dotyczących dostawy produktów lub usług.
-Podstawa prawna przetwarzania w celach, o których mowa w niniejszym artykule 3.1: wypełnienie zobowiązań umownych lub wykonanie środków przedumownych przyjętych na wniosek Osoby, której dane dotyczą.

Serwery i systemy komputerowe wykorzystywane do działania Witryny pozyskują, podczas ich normalnego działania, niektóre dane osobowe, których transmisja jest dorozumiana z wykorzystaniem protokołów komunikacji internetowej. Dane te, choć nie są gromadzone w celu powiązania ze zidentyfikowanymi Osobami, których dane dotyczą, ze względu na swój charakter mogą, poprzez przetwarzanie i powiązanie z danymi przechowywanymi przez osoby trzecie, umożliwić identyfikację użytkowników. Ta kategoria danych osobowych obejmuje adresy IP urządzeń używanych przez użytkowników łączących się z Witryną, a także adresy URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) żądanych zasobów, czas żądania, metodę użytą do przesłania żądania do serwera, rozmiar pliku uzyskanego w odpowiedzi, kod numeryczny wskazujący status odpowiedzi udzielonej przez serwer (powodzenie, błąd itp.) oraz inne parametry związane z systemem operacyjnym i środowiskiem komputerowym użytkownika.

4.6 Dane osobowe i kontaktowe są przetwarzane w celach związanych z wyszukiwaniem i selekcją personelu w przypadku, gdy Osoba, której dane dotyczą, przesyła aplikację własną.
-Podstawa prawna przetwarzania w celach, o których mowa w niniejszym artykule 3.6: realizacja środków przedumownych przyjętych na wniosek Osoby, której dane dotyczą.
5. Okres przechowywania
5.1 Dane osobowe zebrane w celach, o których mowa w art. 3.1 powyżej, będą przechowywane przez okres niezbędny do udzielenia żądanej informacji zwrotnej oraz do wszelkich dalszych działań niezbędnych do pełnego zarządzania żądaniem.
5.2 Dane osobowe zebrane w celach, o których mowa w artykułach 3.2, 3.3 i 3.4 powyżej, będą przechowywane przez okres nieprzekraczający 5 lat, licząc od daty wyrażenia zgody, chyba że Osoba, której dane dotyczą, skorzysta z prawa do cofnięcia uprzednio wyrażonej zgody. Przyjmuje się, że wycofanie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania opartego na zgodzie przed jej wycofaniem.
5.3 Dane gromadzone w celach, o których mowa w art. 3.5 powyżej, będą przechowywane przez całą sesję i do momentu zamknięcia przeglądarki.
5.4 Dane zebrane w celach, o których mowa w art. 3.6 powyżej, będą przechowywane przez 24 miesiące.
6. Ujawnianie danych i metody przechowywania
6.1 Administrator Danych może przekazywać dane osobowe następującym podmiotom, jako podmiotom przetwarzającym dane lub administratorom danych:
-pracownikom Administratora Danych wyraźnie upoważnionym do przetwarzania danych (osobom odpowiedzialnym za przetwarzanie);
-profesjonalistom/firmom zewnętrznym/platformom społecznościowym/firmom z Grupy Alfa Parf, jako podmiotom przetwarzającym dane lub jako niezależnym administratorom danych.

6.2 Dane Osoby, której dane dotyczą, mogą być przekazywane podmiotom, administratorom danych lub podmiotom przetwarzającym dane, z siedzibą w krajach znajdujących się w Unii Europejskiej i poza nią. Przekazywanie danych osobowych do krajów znajdujących się poza Unią Europejską będzie odbywać się zgodnie ze środkami ustanowionymi przez obowiązujące przepisy, zapewniając odpowiedni poziom ochrony Osób, których dane dotyczą.
6.3 Dane użytkownika są gromadzone i rejestrowane zgodnie z prawem i prawidłowo, w celu realizacji celów wskazanych powyżej oraz zgodnie z podstawowymi zasadami ustanowionymi przez obowiązujące przepisy. 7. Charakter świadczenia
7.1 Przetwarzanie do celów umownych/przedumownych.
Podanie danych, o których mowa w artykułach 2.1 i 2.2 powyżej, w celach, o których mowa w artykule 3.1 powyżej, jest niezbędne do zaoferowania Osobie, której dane dotyczą, żądanych usług. Niepodanie wyżej wymienionych danych może uniemożliwić Administratorowi Danych świadczenie usługi żądanej przez Osobę, której dane dotyczą.
7.2 Przetwarzanie na potrzeby marketingu, profilowania i komunikacji ze stronami trzecimi.
Działania marketingowe, profilowanie i komunikacja ze stronami trzecimi (aby mogły one prowadzić działania marketingowe wobec Osoby, której dane dotyczą) będą prowadzone wyłącznie za zgodą Osoby, której dane dotyczą. -w przypadku zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji, w tym profilowania, wnieść sprzeciw, jeżeli spełnione są warunki przewidziane prawem;
